Job Title: Branch Manager
Responsibilities
* Plan, manage and oversee the Branch operations towards increasing operational efficiency and profit maximization.
* Implement effective sales strategies to ensure achievement of business targets.
* Lead and motivate staff to provide quality services at all times.
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Accounting/Finance or its equivalent.
* At least 8 years’ experience in various aspects of banking operational areas with at least 4 years’ of managerial role.
* Must have a strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture with proven track record. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
